Service Description

1. Estate Sale- takes place throughout the entire home and premises. 2. Yard Sale- takes place in the yard of a residence. Estate/Yard Sale: I can provide help with the Sale of your items. Items we remove from your space or spaces after the sorting process. This is a separate fee from the actual sorting of your space or home. This is just for those who need help with a Yard Sale or An Estate Sale. The fee for this service is $999 for the duration of the Sale (4-5 hours). As apart of the Sale: - I will help with the set-up, pricing, selling process, and breakdown of the Sale. - You will be responsible for the advertisement and signage of the Sale. - I will help with the donation process of the items that did not sell or suggest where the items may be taken to be sold. - My fee is a flat fee. I will NOT require any commission from the sale. Cancellations: Cancellations will be charged $100 if not cancelled within 24 hours of our appointment time. The deposit for this service is non-refundable. You may however reschedule one time for this service. #organizewithlu works at the discretion of the client and is NOT responsible for any item that is broken, damaged or missing during the organizing process.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations will be charged $55 if not cancelled within 24 hours of our appointment time.
