Estate Sorting
Clearing a Home or Rooms.
Service Description
Have you recently lost a loved one? Have you inherited a home and you need someone to help with the sorting process? Are you looking to clear a family home? This service is for you. For Estate Sorting, it is best I come by and see your space in person. We can typically begin the same day. Service: We will be removing, sorting, and throwing away items you no longer wish to keep. If there are items you wish to sell, they will be set aside. Service Time: Five hours. This all depends on room size and the amount of stuff. Pricing: To be determined after discussion. Donation Items: I will help with the coordination of donation items. Junk Removal Services: This will require an additional fee paid directly to the vendor in the form of Zelle, Cash, or Check. I have vendors for this service and will coordinate this service for you. Client is responsible for the disposal of trash. Cancellations: Cancellations will be charged $100 if not cancelled within 24 hours of our appointment time. The deposit for this service is non-refundable. You may however reschedule one time for this service. #organizewithlu works at the discretion of the client and is NOT responsible for any item that is broken, damaged or missing during the organizing process.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations will be charged $55 if not cancelled within 24 hours of our appointment time.
